The OECC aims at contributing to the realization of a sustainable society through the facilitation of intergovernmental policy dialogue and support for institutional building by targeting climate change issues, environmental management, the circular economy and biodiversity. We engage in development cooperation on environment, focusing on investment project development, capacity building , network building, strategic public relations and information dissemination in partner countries.
